Personnes dont la langue première n'est ni le français ni l'anglais
À Terre-Neuve, le Seniors Resource Centre a mis sur pied l'organisme Seniors Bridging Cultures Club. L'équipe de relations avec le public lui offre des présentations sur les prestations qui peuvent être versées aux Canadiens et aux nouveaux Canadiens. À Montréal, l'équipe des relations avec le public a présenté des séances d'information à l'Association des travailleurs grecs du Québec, à l'Association des Chiliens du Québec et au groupe Amitié chinoise.
En Ontario, la formation conjointe de bénévoles a été complétée avec l' ADRC à divers organismes par exemple, les Chinese Community Services. Des centres de bénévolat en matière d'impôt ont été mis sur pied à divers endroits dont Peterborough, London et Toronto. En Ontario, les intervenants ont animé une série d'ateliers de formation destinés aux soignants pour le compte d'organismes divers. Les plus récents ateliers ont été tenus pour la Ethnic Family Services Association et les Ethnic Community Seniors Services. On a également constitué un réseau de distribution auprès d'organismes qui viennent en aide à des personnes qui ont de la difficulté à comprendre l'information écrite ou verbale en français ou en anglais.
