Human Resources and Skills Development Canada’s (HRSDC) Policy Research Directorate distributes Research Opportunities (RO) to increase awareness about policy research opportunities that are available throughout the department.
Research Opportunities (RO) is a tendering tool which disseminates research related Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The RFPs value will vary according to specific project requirements but cannot exceed the NAFTA threshold. The RO initiative is designed to circulate an email notification of active research opportunities to the broad external research community through an expansive RO distribution membership list. The email will not contain attachments but rather links to the RO page to this HRSDC departmental website on which all documentation to specific research opportunities is posted.
We hope you will find RO to be an effective mechanism for sharing information about research opportunities available through HRSDC.
