Issuer Enrolment Process

Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP) Information for Prospective Issuers

Prospective Issuers must provide Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) with a specimen of the Declaration of Trust (DOT) and the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP) application form that they will be providing to clients who enter into an RDSP arrangement with them.
