Regulatory Amendments
Amendments to the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COHSR) Part II (Permanent Structures) and Part X (Hazardous Substances)
The objectives of these amendments are to further clarify the intent of the COHSR, to provide specific direction and to correct a grammatical error. The changes are administrative in nature and are required in order to address the concerns of the Standing Joint Committee for the Scrutiny of Regulations.
