Video: Open to a dark screen. A hand is seen prying open horizontal blinds from within a house to peer at a street scene outside: a woman in her 50s is making frustrated gestures towards an elderly man walking behind her. She turns away from him and marches off.
Voiceover: "Many Canadians are in the dark about elder abuse."
Video: The blinds are let go and close again. As the blinds are pried open again, they reveal a street scene where a man in his early 20s is holding his elderly grandmother's purse and taking money out, all while comforting her in a patronizing way.
